The Challenge: Rough Roads & Tight Gates

Mobile substations (60kV - 220kV) are heavy, high-value assets. Transporting them involves two critical problems:

• Ground Clearance: Fixed-axle trailers bottom out on uneven ground. One rock can damage the chassis or the expensive electrical equipment above.
• Maneuverability: Substation access roads are notoriously narrow. A standard rigid trailer simply cannot make the turn without destroying fences or infrastructure

Hydraulic Lifting & Leveling：

(This is not a static chassis. It moves.) The entire trailer deck sits on heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders.

• Off-Road Capability: The chassis offers a huge lifting stroke of ±300mm (Total 600mm). Encounter a ditch or a hump? Simply lift the chassis to clear it.
• 3-Point / 4-Point Support: On uneven slopes, the hydraulic groups are linked to ensure the trailer deck (and your transformer) remains perfectly level, preventing dangerous tilting.

Smart Multi-Axle Steering System

(Precision where it counts.) Navigating into a cramped substation requires more than just a truck driver's skill. The HUAYUE trailer assists the turn.

• Active Front & Rear Steering: Key axle groups at the front and rear of the trailer are designed to steer.
• Reduced Turning Radius: By actively steering the rear wheels in opposition to the front, the vehicle significantly cuts its turning circle.
• Tire Protection: This system minimizes "tire scrub" (lateral dragging) during tight cornering, extending tire life and protecting the road surface at the substation entrance.
