To solve this, we constructed the entire main chassis using high-yield structural steel. For the loading deck itself, we upgraded it to a specialized, thickened wear-resistant steel plate. This ensures the deck can take the daily abuse of heavy steel tracks and abrasive ores without buckling or tearing.

Q2: Can the connection joints handle the stress of constant loading and unloading?

HUAYUE Solution (Reinforced Heavy-Duty Connections): In a busy mine, equipment is loaded and unloaded constantly. The client was particularly worried about the connection joints breaking under the immense weight transfer when heavy machinery drives on and off.

Because this is a Removable Gooseneck (RGN) trailer, machinery loads safely from the front. We heavily reinforced the locking mechanisms and the connection joints between the gooseneck and the main deck. These high-stress areas are precision-welded and thickened, ensuring they remain solid and secure, no matter how many times a day you load a heavy dozer.

Q3: How will the trailer survive the wet and corrosive mining environment?

HUAYUE Solution (Advanced Waterproofing & Anti-Corrosion): The Congo has a harsh, rainy climate, and mining mud is highly corrosive. Rust is a trailer killer.

Before assembly, every steel component of this RGN trailer undergoes strict shot-blasting to remove impurities. We then apply a premium, marine-grade epoxy primer followed by a highly durable polyurethane topcoat. Additionally, all electrical wiring and brake lines are fully sealed and routed through protective conduits to prevent water damage, ensuring reliable performance even in deep mud and heavy rain.
